Do you need help with managing your rental property? I would like to introduce myself and tell you how Cottonwood's property management works. We service Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, and the surrounding area. We can manage single family homes, town homes, duplexes, and apartment complexes.
Some of the services we can provide include:
- Visiting your location
- Getting you the best rent
- Interviewing prospective tenants
- Running all credit checks
- Finalizing contract process
- Collecting deposits and maintaining escrow accounts
- Performing walk-through preceding move-in and move-out
- Collecting rent and depositing it into your account or mailing it to you
- Sending out monthly reports and yearly 1099’s
- Maintaining owner’s management accounts for maintenance, repairs, and/or emergencies
- Overseeing repairs by our professional crew
- Performing spot checks of the property.
